Site Analysis & Design

We will conduct a site visit (if already purchased) or help clients acquire a property they love

Meet with our trusted designers to create a plan that meets client needs

Put together an estimate for client approval
Permit Process

We will take care of the entire permitting process from renovations to single family homes or multi-family sites

We will acquire and compile all necessary documentation for successful permit applications
Interior Design

We have our own interior designer who has experience making spaces look amazing within any budget.

Meet with our designer and vendors to choose finishing package

We offer pre-scheduled site visits with our full time project managers so that you can see your home at each stage and ask any questions that you may have

Westmore Place is a 20 unit development comprised of 5 quadplexes. This timeless strata community is a completely electric site and the first multifamily development to hit Step 3 energy efficiency in Kamloops. The upper and lower units both offer beautiful open floor plans with outdoor decks and patios. Located in beautiful Westsyde, Kamloops, this development is walking distance from schools, daycare, and grocery stores.
